Biden was leading the program in loan guarantees to the Ukraine. He told them we would not give the loans if the thieving prosecutor was involved. Other NATO countries were on board with that demand. There was no return to Biden, unlike Trump begging them to get dirt on Biden. His highest rated opponent getting hurt by the Ukraine was for his benefit only. What would the nation get from it?
