He should NOT release the transcript -too many phone calls have already been leaked, and there has to be a presumption of confidentiality when speaking to foreign leaders.

It doesn't even qualify as "whistleblowing" since POTUS is NOT part of the intelligence services.

That said the IG also said it was more then a phone call -but since the phone call had no quid pro quo
( even Ukraine denies it) it's like trying to find obstruction Mueller when Trump gave Mueller full access and there was no Russian collusion.

I don't know why the IG went nuts -but the DoJ correctly told him this was not Congressional purview,

Even in its' simplest narrative, Trump did make that phone call, he did ask, some say pressure, the Ukraine to open a Biden investigation, he did send Rudi to meet with Ukrainian officials to again ask for the same thing. All of that is accurate, Trump, in his latest revision, admitted such, and it is the type thing the Founding Fathers advised against

"From what we know," who is the "we?" What actual documentation can you supply that shows the IG, who investigated the complaint, "swallowed a whistleblower without first hand knowledge?" Did you think the IG knowing the seriousness of the situation would have labeled it as "serious" and of the "utmost concern" if he hadn't thoroughly investigated it?
