    By Associated Press
A federal judge has sided with the Trump campaign's request to halt a California law that's aimed at forcing the president to release his tax returns.

U.S. District Judge Morrison England Jr. said Thursday that he'll issue a formal ruling by Oct. 1.

President Trump has already provided his Federal Financial Disclosure form, as required, his tax return is no one’s business except his tax lawyers and the IRS.

    Here comes the judge.

Every presidential candidate for the last 50 years has presented lots of tax returns. They had nothing to hide. Trump told Romney he should release his when he was running. Daffy promised to release his many times. But surprise, surprise, he lied. You seem to pass over his promises.
The point is tax returns show the voters more information about what kind of person the candidate is. We deserve that. Returns have shown that the candidates are honest and acting legally. Trump's would prove the opposite. That is why he does not release them.

His little helpers have said that many times, but I don't think the man himself has ever said it. He just keeps giving reasons why he can't do it - yet.

Ya think he's hiding anything from the public that he steals from???? But more important...doesn't it hurt to have those knuckles of yours constantly dragging on the ground? Trump is opening another Trump University so will you be signing up for those classes? Bring your credit cards.

Disclosure says nothing, and the bigger question is why, why, unlike previous candidates, does Trump hide and lie about his taxes? He was so concerned with Obama's college grades claiming a lack of transparency but now he can't release his taxes?

The guy is responsible for American tax policy, and you don't think it is unreasonable for Americans paying those taxes to see how he meets his civic responsibilities?

Once he lucked into office he immediately clamped down on any information about him. He threatened lawsuits on colleges and any schools he attended if they released any grades. Think that is because they were good? If they were, he would have released them himself. He is covering up his taxes for a reason. It cannot be good. He has fought every jurisdiction and the House to keep them buried. The House has a right to see his taxes and if Ways and Means requests them, they SHALL be provided. That is not true for Trump. He stopped that too.
I wonder if Trump has changed this forever? We have to trust whatever the candidate says. This is a blow against the people's rights to know.

Trump and his crime syndicate have hijacked and sabotaged the government and no one who supports these freaks of nature can ever claim to care about democracy, the rule of law or ANYTHING the USA was founded upon. I believe that after this prick and his ilk are kicked to the curb (and it better happen soon or the USA is screwed) the powers that be had better amend portions of The Constitution and construct legislation to make sure that this never happens again. For one example, this bull-shit about not indicting a sitting POTUS is the first thing that has to go and that was not even written law...it was a stinkin' memo. Too many loopholes in the system because no one ever imagined that a catastrophe like Trump and the takeover of a party by gangster and traitors would have unfolded. But that is what happens when you allow so inordinate amounts of dirty money in politics and claim that corporations are people. Lobbyists have been writing laws, corporate puppets are seated on the SCOTUS and the USA is up for sale by a pimp like Trump.
