More bullshit, the US has reduced CO2 far more than any other industrialised nation even the UK. China, by contrast, is exporting coal power stations all over Asia and Africa, they have committed more than $20bn in funding for coal plants around the world!! Anyway that article and the book are about far more than just climate change. I will give China and India their due in developing 4th gen nuclear, it's arseholes like you ignorant twats on the Left that refuse to plough money into US nuclear technologies like MSR and SMR reactors.
