What exactly am I denying you useless fucking bastard? My views exactly mirror those of MIT Prof. Richard Lindzen who literally wrote the book on atmospheric physics.

Stated briefly, I will simply try to clarify what the debate over climate change is really about. It most certainly is not about whether climate is changing: it always is. It is not about whether CO2 is increasing: it clearly is. It is not about whether the increase in CO2, by itself, will lead to some warming: it should. The debate is simply over the matter of how much warming the increase in CO2 can lead to, and the connection of such warming to the innumerable claimed catastrophes. The evidence is that the increase in CO2 will lead to very little warming, and that the connection of this minimal warming (or even significant warming) to the purported catastrophes is also minimal. The arguments on which the catastrophic claims are made are extremely weak – and commonly acknowledged as such. They are sometimes overtly dishonest.

Satellites are incapable of reading an absolute temperature. They can only see light. The emissivity of Earth is unknown.

NASA does not define science. Philosophy does. NASA is a government agency. False authority fallacy.

Consensus is not used in science. There is no vote taken on any theory of science. It uses no supporting evidence. Science is a set of falsifiable theories.

Trump would do well to defund them, all they ever do is run useless climate models which they then use to scare arseholes like Reagan's Clingons, Arsecheese, McSquawker and Crypiss.

It's sad to see what's happened to NASA today. They are certainly not the NASA that went to the Moon.

They detect microwave radiation from atmospheric gases, I cannot for the life of me understand why you deny this???

A microwave radiometer (MWR) is a radiometer that measures energy emitted at millimetre-to-centimetre wavelengths (frequencies of 1–1000 GHz) known as microwaves. Microwave radiometers are very sensitive receivers designed to measure thermal electromagnetic radiation emitted by atmospheric gases.

NASA GISS needs to be shut down, at least the part that purports to study Earth's climate, they perform no useful function that isn't already covered by NOAA. Indeed they take NOAA's data and then add their own special sauce to spice it up.

I don't. Microwaves are light, not thermal energy or heat.

You cannot measure temperature that way.

GISS is an institute. It is not part of NASA. It is part of Columbia University. Yes, there is a lot that needs be shut down at GISS. Too many people there are preaching 'climate change' (whatever THAT is!).

Their satellites do not measure global temperature. They can't. The GISSTEMP satellites are built using flawed ideas, including inserting a randU value for Earth's emissivity. The data from the entire constellation is useless for their primary mission.

But heck, we throw lots of junk up into space.
