McConnell blocks two election security bills


Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) blocked two election security measures on Thursday, arguing Democrats are trying to give themselves a "political benefit."

The move comes a day after former special counsel Robert Mueller warned about election meddling in 2020, saying Russia was laying the groundwork to interfere in the 2020 election "as we sit here."

I think they should roll the dice on McCabe again till they get what they want.

All anyone outside the DoJ knows is that McCabe hasn't been indicted yet - or if he has, the indictment is under seal, which would be most unusual.

This has been going on for more than a year. Two prosecutors, Kamil Shields and David Kent, have quit the case during that time for unknown reasons.

Don't you think it's about time they either indicted McCabe or gave up? Of course, giving up wouldn't earn Barr any brownie points, considering who wants McCabe nailed.
