I am allowed to hunt in Florida with a 5 round magazine(in ANY rifle), I keep a bunch of 30 rd mags around for fun and shenanigans. My shotgun was sold with a plug, but it's for hunting and is removable(I don't hunt with the shotgun so I don't keep the plug in it. The mag tube holds 4 rounds I believe, I keep 1 in the chamber. For hunting, I think the plug restricts it to 3 rounds total)And even the reddest states like my very own, have capacity laws that even limit the amount of shotgun shells you may load in your shotgun, and so therefore they are sold PLUGGED to keep you from trying to circumvent the capacity law.
