Obama was involved in the operation all along and kept abreast of the progress. Then he gave the OK to the raid which was complicated and much could go wrong. Bush gave up and like all rightys defected by saying he did not care about getting him. That was admitting he could not accomplish it. Everyone knew what a huge deal it would be.
