Didn't say you weren't but I just feel it's inappropriate when there is such misery just off our shore and the east cost is most likely in for a pounding. Maybe I'm more sensitive to the issue having recently gone through a CAT 5 storm.


But by the same token I don't remember the lefties making jokes during the aftermath of bad tornadoes or mass shootings. Just seems strange to me.

I think you're confused by exactly *what* we are mocking. We are not mocking the devastation in the Bahamas, or the possibility of more damage to our country as well. We are mocking the Man-child in our White House whose self-esteem is so fragile that when caught in a lie, he has to make up an even bigger one (altering an official NWS map) to make a certain group of idiots think he was right all along. And then instead of focusing on helping our Bahama neighbors, or reassuring our citizens in the path of Dorian -- he focuses on his stupid gaffe and attempts to cover it up.
