My experience is that there is no "gun show loophole." I purchased an M1 Carbine at a gun show, and a licensed firearms dealer did the transaction. It was the same process as when I bought a Henry Rifle, lever action .22, Goldenboy from Cabelas.

    2. Any weapon you possess prior to my proposal being enacted would NOT have any additional license/registration requirement. HOWEVER, if you decide to sell to another party, transfer of license and registration is required. If you don't have those, you'd need to get them....likewise for any seller or receiver. Now, whine like a little bitch and ignore all information regarding how the criminal element and evil doers/the mentally unhinged exploit the loopholes that my proposal would address.
    Not an option.

There is no gun show loophole. As someone that has been a private seller and bought from a private seller at gun shows, the laws, as they were written and intended for buying/selling in that manner, were followed to the letter. In my State, as a private seller, every gun I've sold has been to someone that was of age and had a current concealed weapons permit. For the idiots that constantly claim "loophole", you have to pass a background check in order to get and maintain the CWP.

The NRA is obviously the main cause of murder in the United Stats. Who else sees to it that every murderer has a gun?

The Second Amendment allows gun ownership, Iolo sock.

How it’s used has no relationship to the NRA.

If you can tie them into a negligent homicide or reckless endangerment charge, good on ya. However, I don't see that happening (a pity) in our current legal climate.

So, the NRA sees to it every murderer has their guns? Where do you come up with such idiocy? You know nothing of the NRA, stupid foreigner.

A pity? How is the NRA responsible for criminal activity with firearms?

"Current legal climate"? What is wrong with the current one? What changes do you propose?

Why else has every criminal in the US got a gun, noodle? These evil gun-profiteers see they have the means to murder people in large numbers, in case King George is hiding amongst schoolchildren, doubtless!

Remember Cornwallis at Yorktown, Iolo sock?

We don't need losers to mind our business.

You are just a foreigner who can't vote in our elections. Butt out.

You think the NRA distributes guns? If they do, they're screwing me because I'm a life member and I didn't get one (but that's OK, I have plenty of them).
There are many more ways to kill people in large numbers than using a gun. The NRA has nothing to do with how criminals get their guns, stupid foreigner.

Actually, I could be wrong on this. Take note: https://www.cnbc.com/2017/03/14/judg...ettlement.html

Dude, you don't even have the cojones to concede a point when logically and factually proven wrong, as the chronology of the posts on this thread have shown. So it's pointless to engage you further. Now run-a-long and tell all your friends about your latest "victory".

What point is that? That the NRA is responsible for these assholes shooting innocent people? NO, we are NOT responsible. Prove we are (with actual facts) if you think that's the case.
But yeah, it's pointless trying to show people like you facts because you're blind to reality. Stay under your rock since you're so scared of us gun owners.
