That's democracy, not the previous stitch-up, which wasn't approved by the majority of Brits anyway. Geez, even Boris Johnson isn't elected.

In a true democracy- if there is doubt about the legitimacy of the result then an election is repeated.
no. you don't get to stall and hope people change their minds. I take it if you had a second referendum, you would be ok with waiting 3 more years and then doing another one? or would it finally be final because you happen to agree with it?

That's before Johnson's withdrawal agreement was revealed. Now, who knows?

You need more delay, something might turn up!

Says the comic prognosticator whose premiership ideal is a buffoon who has lost EIGHT consecutive parliamentary votes - never having won one- has been found to have acted criminally by the supreme court , has lied to the queen and deceived parliament, has surrounded himself with parodies of politicians who have colluded to throw the Irish under the bus in an act of betrayal not seen since the days of beheadings in The Tower. Haw, haw...........................haw.

I know that you're beyond embarrassment, maggot. That's why you're still here and mouthing off- like your Judas Johnson.

There was a vote. The people spoke. They voted for Brexit even if it was with no deal. The remoaners
have been moving goalposts for 3 years in a corrupt attempt for a do-over.
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

But Remoaners say the people didn't understand what they were voting for, and many have changed their minds (see post #33), and anyway they know best.

I'd say that any MP who both voted against no-deal and against this deal (and opposed new elections), but survives the next general election deserves to be tossed-out as a pestilence upon the kingdom.
Boris removed the whip from 21 MPs, that means they can't stand as Conservative candidates at the next election.

Bozzie is a bully-boy and should be opposed regardless of WHAT he does . He's already embarrassed parliamentary protocol to a degree not witnessed since Enoch Powell urinated on the speaker. Haw, haw.............................haw.

The point is, all this closely resembles general elections: with our one-party media we hear very little indeed against whoever the tories put in power except when they have to allow free expression for a few weeks. As we saw last time, it shifts opinion very fast.

I for one don't think the people of the UK are dense. Is there some magic number of persons who must
turn out to vote in order to make an election valid in your mind?

It was a simple question 3 years ago. Do you want to remain in the EU or leave the EU?
