    Fields - 20 of 25 for 225 yds 2 TD's home against unranked Cincinnati . Very impressive.
    Burrow - 31 of 39 for 471 yds and 4 TD's at #9Texas. So so.
Seriously, this guy Burrow is a treasure. He was unstoppable which is what LSU needed because they couldn't stop Texas n the second half.

I’m very glad that Joe is doing so well at a second tier program. He was certainly one of OSU’s better backups.

Jalen Hurts is off to a good start too.
Backups seem to be doing well in second tier programs.
Is Clemson the only top tier program now?

No, Clemson is not the only top tier program, despite what sports prognosticators seem to be reporting.

Jalen Hurts is doing quite well. But I would hardly call Oklahoma a second tier program. I think making the playoffs 3 out of the last 4 years pretty much puts you in the top tier. And OU has done much better than LSU in recent years.

Both ended the 2014 season at 8-5 and were unranked. However, even though LSU has gotten better, they have not done what Lincoln Riley has done.

In the last 5 years, in addition to making the playoffs 3 times, the Sooners have gone 54-13. LSU has gone 44-19.
In the last 4 years, OU is 46-8. LSU is 36-14.

If Oklahoma's defense had had a pulse for the last 2 years, they could have been in the Championship games.

OU has ended the season ranked in the top 5 for the last 4 years. LSU has only finished in the top 10 once (#6 last year).

Don't get me wrong, Clemson has earned all the accolades they are getting. They are a dominant team. But the only top tier team? No.

Is this season Harbaugh's last chance? It seems like he has the best QB and set of receivers he has had at Michigan. He certainly has the best O line since he has been there.

Besides, this isn't Les Miles' team any more.
He took his new and improved high octane I formation off tackle run offense to Kansas.

No, its not Les Miles. Ogeron is a much better coach. We will see how far they go.

    Anyone else see this?

The University of Texas only allotted 3,000 tickets for the LSU fans. And all of them in the upper sections of the stadium. The LSU band was forced to play from the nosebleed sections.

That is low, Texas. Seriously low.

My boy and I saw that and both of us applauded.

Guaranteed LSU won't do that to Texas when they play them in Tiger stadium next yr. LSU is well known for being very hospitable to opposing teams even though their fans are rabid.
I even remember once when W. Virginia went to LSU their fans saying it was more fun than going to one of their own home games
