Many people -- SCt. justices, symphony conductors, professors -- continue working well into their 80s. I figured when I heard about RBG's latest diagnosis and treatment that the usual disgusting low-lifes here would be cheering for the Grim Reaper. They truly have no shame. But just watch 'em if someone says they wish a patriotic blood clot would take out POTUS -- OMG, you're threatening the president! I'm going to tell!

She survived several different types of cancer, including a previous bout with pancreatic in 2009. She also survived colon cancer and lung cancer. Clearly she has the constitution of an ox. If she were your family member you wouldn't be more proud and happy for her but because her politics are different, you have to put her down.

People like RBG think everybody deserves world-class medical care and so do I. That everyone doesn't have access is a big flaw in our system. A lesser individual would have let the cancer bring them down and keep them down but RBG took the treatment she needed and got right back up again. This is not a character flaw, no matter how much you hate her.

RBG had the guts to let the country know when she was sick, unlike Scalia, for example. Nobody knew just how sick he was until he dropped dead. Or Rehnquist, addicted to sleeping pills, who also tried to keep his poor health a secret until he was on his deathbed.

I commend RBG for getting on with it instead of giving in. Clearly you don't understand people with that ethic.
