Yes it can be both Hillary. You can have a strong economy and it can slow to the point of stalling and then the system must be primed and fueled...again. The difference is the source of the fuel. A conservative drives his economy on the basis of a capitalistic ideology.....a (wink, wink) progressive attempts to fuel his economy on a tired and debunked system called Keynesian economics. A system that turned a market correction into A GREAT DEPRESSION that lasted over a decade. (Example Keynesian Economics fueled the slowest economic recovery in world history that lasted the entire length of BHO's administration....based upon a false premise called the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008). Where there was a pretension that a nation could borrow its way out of debt...and continue to grow while servicing only the interest on the debt. Result...a small economic turnaround with a 10 Trillion dollar price tag that our children's, children's will still be paying on when they have grandchildren....unless the insanity is stopped.

What you are witnessing is HISTORY in the making. Mr. Trump will keep the economy running....Until re-elected, then all hell breaks lose resulting in the end of the Federal Reserve, the Money Changers and the Central Bank....giving THE PEOPLE back the efforts and wealth of their own earned income.
