Sure I would. When Trump retweeted a Mussolini quote, I assumed that he was just too stupid to know who Mussolini was.

I'd wager that you cannot list the 5 races recognized by the US Census. If you can list the 5 races recognized by the US Census, I'll take you a little more seriously, but I suspect you will need to evade listing them.

You're not paying attention. The term ' racism ' is not specifically concerned with people's genetic make-up. It is a broad term which covers persecution of ethnic groups and religions too.
    Again- seek an authoritative definition.

There is no access to the broader context of the word when it is used as a political weapon, since the weaponized context doesn't have anything to do with race OR ethnicity and religion. The weaponized context of racism describes a hypothetical suggestion of one's political opponents as villains, which has nothing to do with religion, ethnicity, or even race. A politically weaponized context cancels any other meaning by default. Nothing describes hostility to, prejudice, or discrimination against Jews, as well as "antisemitism" does.

No dictionary defines racism as a word meant to characterize one's political opponents as villains.

A racist is a racist. Governments guilty of racism are racist governments- South Africa and Izrael being modern examples. Racists are villains according to the law of most civilized countries and international law.
If you're looking for a free pass for Izraeli racism you're not going to get one.

Law & Legal Issues | Discrimination | Racism
    Are there laws against racism?

"There are laws that prohibit discrimination and hate crime, but simple racism is perfectly legal. The law cannot control what a person thinks, and freedom of speech even protects the KKK."
    https://www.answers.com/Q/Are_there_laws_against_racism

The First Amendment is extant, despite the Fascists in the radical Democrat Socialist Party.

The First exists to protect unpopular speech. There is no need to protect popular speech.
