    "The Supreme Court is not well. And the people know it. Perhaps the Court can heal itself before the public demands it be “restructured in order to reduce the influence of politics.” Particularly on the urgent issue of gun control, a nation desperately needs it to heal."

    I find it ironic that people think Trump has accomplished nothing........yet five prominent demmycrat senators have filed a brief with the SC arguing "The rationale for this long-settled principle is

    The hell it isn’t a legislature lol.

    The left is infamous for using SCOTUS as a legislative body; most recently, with gay marriage. Things weren’t moving fast enough for them in *the actual legislature* so they succeeded in framing the argument as a matter of ‘rights’ and had SCOTUS vote on it.

    so democrats are pissed that their work to eliminate constitutional rights is being reversed as the republicans work hard to eliminate other constitutional rights, so democrats threaten to change the court to pursue their negation of constitutional rights.

    Basic human equality shouldn't be the result of "legislation", that's what the court decided.

    the left needs to make up their mind. either rights are given to us by our creator, or they are the result of legislation. which is it?

    Except the court ruling left polygamists being ‘less equal’ than gays.
