Many years ago I went fishing on the Middle River not far from industrial Essex, and , in one area, saw nearly a dozen bald eagles at once, perched in trees on the bank and flying overhead. Even saw one catch a fish.
But before we got all the way out in the river, the three of us were all marveling at the enormous size of a massive freighter slowly coming up the river. As it passed, we noticed the bow wave growing as it approached the shore. It turned into a 25-30 foot monster heading straight for our little 20 foot sport boat.
The skipper turned the bow into the coming wave and cut the engine. We all grabbed on to something and braced ourselves. And hung on for dear life as the boat went vertical up the side of the wave before we finally crested the top and safely came down the other side. It was a very hairy situation, and If the skipper hadn't acted so quickly, we definitely would have capsized.
We each caught several rockfish. It was a good day. :0)

"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man."

Socialism is just the modern word for monarchy.
D.C. has become a Guild System with an hierarchy and line of accession much like the Royal Court or priestly classes.
Private citizens are perfectly able of doing a better job without "apprenticing".
