I'm a New Yorker too but I find it difficult to believe that no one took the time to research his nefarious history after hearing about very publicized things such as his Trump University scam. How the hell does anyone support someone that would do that to fellow Americans. The Evangelicals certainly don't care and if you watch the new Netflix series "The Family" it more or less explains some of this disgraceful crap they are so willing to accept and overlook in order to insert their theological garbage into government and actually permeate the government with it by way of using a monstrosity like Trump to take over the courts and to funnel the wealth to a handful of powerful people. If we are not able to rid the country of Trump and the GOP majority Senate at the next election, the USA is cooked and the grand experiment is over. The right wing must be kept on the fringes and as far away from power as possible as they hate a Democratic system of governance because they are too stupid and selfish to handle it.
