This exchange summarizes everything in one soundbite:
Representative Doug Collins to Mueller: "at anytime during the investigation was your investigation curtailed, or stopped, or hindered?"
Muller, "no".
What we saw today was a tired, withered old man who has now come clean as the uber Never-Trumper. The biggest takeaway was the FACT that Mueller apparently didn't even know what was contained in the report with HIS name on it and that it was probably written by the Anti-Trump Clintonista Andrew Wiseman.
The other point to understand is how desperate, pathetic, dumb and partisan the Party of the Jackass has become under leadership like Nadler and Schiff.
But let's be clear on what the purpose of Volume II of the report was; an opportunity for Mueller to suck many more dollars out of the ratepayer teet. It is as simple as that. Mueller could have ended his investigation in November of 2017. But instead, he got all pissed off at Trump's warranted public criticisms and decided to do everything he could to find a crime. He failed. What he did succeed in was soaking the American taxpayers for a cool $30 million.
It is time for the Party of the Jackass to extract it's collective ugly heads from their assholes and get over the FACT that they lost an election they thought was in the bag.
Thread bans will be post-enacted to anyone wishing to act like morons and little outraged monkeys. Evince being the ONLY exception because she is mentally retarded.

Collins: in your report you said, "collusion is largely synonymous with conspiracy."
Mueller: could you repeat the question.
Collins: "Collusion is not a specific offense or a term of art in the federal criminal law. Conspiracy is,"
Mueller: "Yes,"
Collins: "In the colloquial context, known public context, collusion and conspiracy are essentially synonymous terms, correct?"
Mueller: "No,"
Collins then referred to the page of Mueller's report that appeared to say the opposite: "You said at your May 29 press conference, and here today, you choose your words carefully. Are you sitting here today testifying something different than what your report states?"
Mueller asked Collins to give him the citation so he could give a clear answer.
Collins: "You stated that you would stay within the report. I just stated your report back to you and you said that collusion and conspiracy were not synonymous terms,"
Collins: "You said you chose your words carefully. Are you contradicting that report right now?"
Mueller: "Not when I read it,"
Collins: "So, you would change your answer to 'yes' then?"
Mueller: "No, if you look at the language,"
"I leave it with the report."

Even far left journalist, Chris Wallace, admits that the Mueller testimony was a disaster for the Democrats.
“During the first break in Wednesday’s House testimony of former Special Counsel Robert Mueller, Fox News anchor Chris Wallace claimed the hearing had thus far been a “disaster” for both House Democrats and Mueller himself.
With Republicans already making the case that the former FBI director appeared doddering and confused, Fox News’ special coverage team of Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum immediately noted at the break that the special counsel struggled to answer questions, saying the hearing had been “halting.”
“I think you both have been very kind,” Wallace responded. “This has been a disaster for the Democrats, and I think it’s been a disaster for the reputation of Robert Mueller.”
He went on to note that Mueller had “seemed very uncertain” with his answers and that he appeared to not know what was in the report that he wrote.
“He has been attacked a number of times and you would think that almost anybody else would have defended his own integrity and the integrity of the investigation, and over and over Mueller just sits silent and allows the attacks from the Republicans to sweep over him and says nothing,” the Fox anchor observed.
Furthermore, Wallace suggested that Mueller may not have been “in charge and in control of this report,” something Trumpworld has been pushing for a while now.

Mike Turner kicks some Mueller ass:
Turner: “The report states, accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it does not exonerate him,” Turner said. “There’s no office of exoneration at the Attorney general’s office, no certificate at the bottom of his desk. Mr. Mueller, would you agree with me that the Attorney General does not have the power to exonerate?”
Mueller: “I’m not prepared to deal with a legal discussion in that arena.”
Turner: “In our criminal justice system, there is no power to exonerate,”
“The statement about exoneration is meaningless … it’s a meaningless word that has no legal meaning.”

Mueller Report; Page 173 V I: Ultimately, the investigation did not establish that the Campaign coordinated or conspired with the Russian government in its election-interference activities.
Barr: Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and I have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel's investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense.
