Can you cite a single sentence in the Mueller op-ed, that states explicitly that Trump broke any laws? Of course you can't.

When he punted to Barr. Besides, it has never been a prosecutor's duty to exonerate anyone. Can you cite another single example of this? Of course you can't.

oh right...…..how would a Russian national know that, my bad
Republicans need to shoot that tired meme down tomorrow.

    Per Jonathan Turley:

Your report references the policy of the Justice Department office of legal counsel against indicting a sitting president. But the underlying memos do not say anything about finding criminal conduct in a special counsel report, correct? Is it not true that Barr and Rosenstein, your supervisors, encouraged you to reach a conclusion on both crimes of obstruction and collusion? If you were concerned about your interpretation of the memos, why did you not follow the standard approach of requesting an opinion from the office of legal counsel during your investigation? If there had been disagreement among your staff on the scope of the obstruction provisions, why did you not likewise request an opinion on that issue?

    you're retarded
Again, he could not indict due to the letter ruling. That does not mean he could not reach a conclusion on obstruction. It simply means the actual indictment would have come after Trump left office.

He reached a conclusion on coordination/conspiring. He could have done the same on obstruction. But he didn't.

His job was not to clear Trump. His job was to determine if there was evidence to support indicting Trump. He concluded on the coordination, he punted on obstruction.

I don’t think Mueller’s testimony will be what Democrats are hoping for, but I also think it will do more damage than Republicans claim it will. It really will be about the new information Democrats can get from Mueller.

The Republicans will in the meantime be mostly focusing on the FBI and FISA topics as always.

I agree on the first part, but what damage do you think it could do? Short of enough evidence to impeach, the Dems lose this fight.
