    He pays tribute to rival Jeremy Hunt and predecessor Theresa May

    He vows to "deliver Brexit, unite the country and defeat Jeremy Corbyn"

    Boris Johnson will take over as PM on Wednesday and will assemble a new ministerial team

    Several senior Conservative figures have already refused to serve under him……….at least there's that
