    I thought the argument was that Sanders, who proposes a $15 minimum wage, is hypocritical because he doesn't even pay his own employees $15 per hour.

    A Wal-Mart employee making $14.26 per hour for 60 hours would make $44,491--more than the Sanders salaried employee.

    You can't compare a Wal-Mart part-time employee with full time employees. They hire a lot of part-time workers like college students, retired people, and housewives who do not want full time work.

    I didn't seen anything wrong with the salary Sanders was paying. I just took issue with something you said and wanted to clarify.

    Ok, let's use Target or McDonald's. It doesn't matter whether somebody is actually working 60 hours. The point was that somebody making less than $15 an hour was making more than Sander's staff if they worked as many hours as his staff did.

    You lose that bet. The Wal-Mart site has all available information on their benefits. 1 year for part-time, 90 days for full-time hourly, 60 days for full-time salaried
