In that they would not choose to employ procedural gambits, yes, they failed.

    Simple math.
    If you ignore fraud.
Medicare knows if 30bil in fraud that they are unable to recoup. And they have no clue what the real tally is.

No. Better execution, the regulations are there. Fraud is not much of a concern to CMS.

Lying is Trump forte, and anyone with average intelligence should be able to plainly see that.

trump started it on day one. He went on and on about 'Obamacare is essentially dead', after ripping pieces of it apart. His number one concern, however delusional was 'nobody is going to blame me'.

Day one, it was all about blame for what he had in store for those he promised to 'take care of'.

'18 showed him who Americans blame. '20 will be worse.

Truth is, they had to kill ACA before their tax giveaway. They wanted to get rid of the 2.8% cap gains tax on high earners that funds the Medicaid expansion. They failed.

As far as creating an actual healthcare plan for the country? That was secondary to the above referenced mandate.

You have yet to show us that you understand anything about the ACA. You ran from your own thread when I asked your opinion on key aspects of your own link.

But by all means...keep doing drive bys with idiotic talking points. It makes you look like a stable genius.

I believe he claimed it would be 'so easy'.

    Then:
Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump noted with some exasperation Monday the complexity of the nation's health laws, which he's vowed to reform as part of a bid to scrap Obamacare.

"We have come up with a solution that's really, really I think very good," Trump said at a meeting of the nation's governors at the White House.
"Now, I have to tell you, it's an unbelievably complex subject," he added. "Nobody knew health care could be so complicated."

    Nobody? Really?
