I just gave you that documentation from the AUTHOR of the 2nd, idiot.

How does a conscientious objector clause apply to all people? It doesn’t, moron.

Sad little cretin can’t back up the claim of “absolute” rights.

Are you at a dozen consecutive losses yet?

A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

so you're trying to say that your one single piece of documentation far outweighs the dozens of others that have been offered as proof????? and you did NOT provide that documentation, you only inferred it...........so you really didn't prove shit. that's your MO though, you spout a bunch of wishful bullshit and try to bluff your way through it.

Do you really think citizens having guns would prevent tyranny? Through history, that hasn't been the case.
Maybe Madison honestly believed guns would protect us from tyranny, but if so, he was wrong.

So you are saying the SCOTUS doesn't have the final say on matters bought before them regarding the Constitution? What entity does then, and don't say the people

why can't I say 'we the people'? do you have some prejudice against the authors of the constitution?

I know, it's heartbreaking, but the real reason we got independence was because the British were at war with the French and they felt that it wasn't worth holding on to the Colonies while they were fighting against such a big threat.

Now that I do agree with, but that has nothing to do with guns. Like I said, democratic elections help influence government. If the population wants freedom of speech, then it will be very difficult for a president or a political party to take away freedom of speech.
