In its assumption that black and brown women are immigrants, and that immigrants are less American than citizens, the attack was undeniably connected to the four Congresswomen’s races. As such, it was rooted in those parts of American history that should bring us the most shame.
But it was also an assault on the very idea of citizenship itself, in its suggestion that four Americans could possibly belong anywhere else. Though Trump did not suggest he wanted to deport them, the tweets had the whiff of wishful thinking – if only we could be free of these women. Because they are U.S. citizens alone, this wish was a wish for four people to be rendered stateless.
For proof that this is what Trump’s supporters heard in his words, we only had to wait for him to repeat the attack at a rally. “They don’t love our country. They are so angry,” he said. “If they don’t like it let them leave.”
It’s something we Jews know all too well. Before the Nazis began their extermination of six million Jews, they revoked their citizenship. It was a crucial first step, argued the political theorist Hannah Arendt, herself an escapee of a concentration camp. As merely humans, rather than Germans or Poles, the Jews were not only disposable to the Nazis but to the rest of the world.

She is an American citizen. For some reason the rightys want her back to Minnesota.

I think we should remember that three other American citizens were also targeted by the Toadstool in his latest racist rampage. These three citizens were born here, yet he advocated "sending them back" as well.

Hello guno,
Well, obviously he is very worried about these freshmen congresswomen. And that's a bit perplexing. We've all seen the polls where none of them is very popular. Right?
Then help us out a little, here.
So if most people disagree with them, and they are not getting a lot of support for what they say, then WHY is the president so worried about them?
???

The logical mind would look at this economy, by all indicators, the best economy we've had in a very long time, and wonder why the President is so unpopular? How can somebody with such a good economy going NOT have high approval ratings?
The logical mind would expect the President, with an economy like this, would hammer on the economy and take credit, wrap himself up in the economic flag. But instead, he is staying focused on hatred and division, carrying on an incendiary tweet battle with 4 congresswomen of color who are not very popular anyway. He is saying hateful things, making up things which are just not true, fanning the flames of hatred and racism. It makes no sense. He's got a golden ticket to champion his successes, and instead he is sticking with this very controversial race rhetoric that doesn't play well with a lot of people, and may cause some of his supporters to distance themselves from him.
Why is he making his 2020 campaign seem like he is running against AOC and the Quad Squad?

IMHO he isn't worried about them in the least~ HE IS USING THEM TO FURTHER HIS AGENDA-PERIOD..
He is attempting to portray them as the party & the media thus far is helping by referring to them as leaders/leadership-they haven't completed one term in office yet-the leadership in that party was there before they were born-COME'ON...
If the "real" leadership of the dem party cannot win this one, which is pretty damn basic, there isn't much hope for them in the general election, cause it aint gonna get any easier than this..........
"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."
