From the information I can find, Toronto is the most rat infested in city in Canada. According to Orkin Canada, they have 4 times the amount of rats than Ottawa. Rats are being seen in the subways and during the day around the city. There are even rats coming out of residential toilets through the sewers. This is a sure sign of the growth.
