Trump has a 5th-grade vocabulary and repeats everything over and over. It is annoying and shows the onset of dementia. When the teleprompter went off he said talking about airplanes and airports in the Revolutionary war was due to that. Is that what was on the teleprompter? He claimed he had it rehearsed.
