"If you are the leader of a great, multi-racial, multi-cultural society, you simply cannot use that kind of language about sending people back to where they came from. But, asked by the interviewer if he thought the comments were racist, Boris would only say: "You can take from what I said what I think about President Trump's words."
In further developments, the Daily Telegraph suspects a cunning plan: "Mr Trump's language is unacceptable in normal political debate but ... he wants to cause consternation among the Democrats by encouraging the cause of the radicals seeking the nomination in the hope he is up against one of them. Trump brings Democrats down to :
Trump is no where near that intelligent. He operates more on the "If-I-Think-It-I-Blurt-It-Out" mode. Then when rightfully criticized, he doubles down on the fail. To his followers, this indicates strength and principle. He's like little Billy in church, informing his sister that the lady in the pew in front of them has "a really big butt." When little Billy's mom tells him "Shhh, that's not nice at all, Billy," he says even more loudly: "But it IS! It's the size of our car!"
