Popular doesn't mean good. That's where you're confused. You equated the two.
Being popular among freeloaders and entitlement minded good for nothings isn't saying much. Those type of people like anything where someone else is forced to provide to them what they should be providing to themselves.
Where did Jesus teach to enable freeloaders and leeches? Where did Jesus teach that the government should force one person to help another?
Matthew 25:35 - 36 - For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me,
36 naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me.
Nowhere in those verses does it say Phantasmal and all other bleeding hearts get to decide on my behalf. The key word you're missing is "you". Interestingly enough, those of you that claim you care look to forcing someone else to foot the bill. If you truly cared, you, as those verses say, would find someone that can't afford coverage and pay their premiums.
To answer your question, His teachings did tell me not you to decide for me. Glad you agree it isn't your place to make such a decision. Sad to see that you think anyone not supporting being forced to do it your way doesn't help others.
