Yet we get to watch the Dems and their journo base pretend he said something he didn’t.

The OP is a list of dozens of Republican legislators, governors, and senators deploring Trump's racist, over-the-top, xenophobic, and wildly inappropriate tweets.
Not a single Democrat is named in the OP.
Telling an American citizen to go back to the country of their ancestors does not end well for anyone who employs those tactics, and those sentiments should never leave the lips of a president of the United States.

"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

The tweet was absolutely abysmal.
Trump needs to STFU on Twitter and act as a President.
That said, how is it racist? Good lord any insult someone who isn't white. But some one who isn't white can insult with impunity.
You mean he didn't use the word "ancestors" in his ugly tweet?

Being a son of immigrants, I am very familiar with the lexicon, rhetoric, and tactics used by xenophobes and racists telling non-native born citizens to go back where they came from.
It does not matter if you, an obscure message board poster, do not recognize it.
Trump's appalling xenophobia was recognized by dozens of prominent Republicans listed in the OP.
