No, I don't think people are born Marxist. Though some people are definitely more likely to be Marxist. It's actually been proven that some people are more likely to be religious based on genetics.

What if an individual looks at the world and the universe and *deduces* that the only thing that makes sense is a creator. Are such deductions reducible to genes? What if some individuals are genetically destined to come to the opposite conclusion?

Genetics are just one factor in what makes a person. There are also other factors such as childhood, environment, culture, and so on. That's why I said some people are "more likely" to believe in a god because of their genetics.
