there are no good cops. end of story. cops that try to be good by reporting 'fellow' officers for misconduct get blacklisted and eventually weeded out or they leave of their own volition.

If a cop is having a bad day and decides to harass and assault you, any cop within sight of it is going to do two things.....1) assist in your takedown and arrest to 'control' the situation, or 2) get the other cop to at least back off but will not arrest or report the cop for fear of being blacklisted.
