You dodo, they were cut off. The didn't have access to the same resources, because they weren't allowed. Education, food supplies, most of what we built up society with, they didn't have the same access to. Do you know who was resonsible for that? Even when things started to change, they were still kept down in some places. The south being the big offender there. They did find a little niche with the same things that made them exploited as slaves. Physical prowess, and work ethic. What does all of that have to do with Blacks NOW? Blacks haven't been the victims of institutional racism in America for decades. Today the system is against Whites. And just as recently as the late forties, German-Americans, Italian-Americans, and Japanese-Americans were literally put into concentration camps. Why aren't those groups considered disadvantaged?
And if it is just some kind of invisible racism in America that is keeping Blacks down, then how is Africa explained?
