That’s the problem: you have to start talking about policies at some point.

Biden doesn’t have an economy he can point to and say, “how do you plan to ‘fix’ this economy?” Trump would own Harris is in a policy debate. She won’t be able to play the SJW cards as the Democrat contender vs Trump in a debate.

It must be recognized that teaching the children of poor parents who do not know how to be successful is far more work than teaching the children of affluent parents who are raised in an atmosphere of success. Far smaller class sizes are going to be required. These children not only have to be taught everything the rich kids learn, but also need to be taught why their parents were not successful, how they have to be different from their parents to break that cycle. They need to be taught that if they do the same things their parents did that they will not succeed.

You can't make smaller class sizes without more money. It requires more teachers.

And we do not know something can't be done until it has been tried and tried again and again.

I refuse to concede defeat as quickly as you.

Are you determined to accept that poor people cannot be successful no matter how much education and opportunity is provided? Is this part of blaming them for their own condition? Do you think they are 'just lazy?' And do you believe this laziness is genetic? Makes no sense as so many of these people are descendant from the slaves who did ALL the work on plantations and other capitalist ventures which built white fortunes.

Purely on the issues, Liz Warren and Bernie Sanders are my favorite candidates.

Unfortunately, the Governor of Massachusetts is Republican Charlie Baker.
The Governor of Vermont is Republican Phil Scott.

Both of them would fill the departed senate seat with a Republican,
and the senate must be wrested from the GOP.
Mitch McConnell is a truly repugnant human being...or turtle--whatever.
To not hate him is like not hating Trump. It would identify one as being a worthless troglodyte.

California Governor Gavin Newsom is a Democrat.
Thus, it has to be Kamala. The broad is fantastic, anyway. I like her almost as much as I like Bernie and Liz.
She's smart, capable, tough, and fearless. And she seems to be good. Remember having a president who was basically good?

Choosing between Bernie and Liz would be awfully tough. They're both outstanding candidates and they're both ideologically pure.
We would be privileged to have either one as president. But there's those fucking Republican governors screwing things up for them.

That makes Kamala the best choice. And fortunately, she's a good choice as well..

I think you might be surprised at the governor of VT and who he would appoint to take Bernie's seat. To the Trumpanzees, Scott would be considered a "RINO." Exhibit A:

    That was interesting, Owl.

As a progressive liberal, gun control is not my hottest issue. I certainly don't oppose it per se. I'm just willing to trade it for women's reproductive rights.

Americans are largely mongrels and not the shiniest pennies in the roll. That's obvious. But if there are two things that we do well, those are fucking indiscriminately and shooting one another. Perhaps our laws, if they are to be realistic, should take into account that we're going to do both.

Harris is a race-baiting lying sack of shit, not to mention a socialist.Only a total moron would support her socialist policies. Socialism is the destroyer of economies and nation.

We now have an almost perfect Unemployment rate. Harris will destroy that.

No non-socialist is an acceptable candidate to any voter possessing both intelligence and morality.
