Default Brit leadership scramble hits fresh heights of farce.

Tory leadership: Voters 'issued two ballots' by mistake

Some Conservative members have been issued with more than one ballot paper to vote for the next party leader and prime minister, the BBC has learned.

One party insider estimated that more than a thousand voters could be affected.

    Haw, haw, haw, haw.........haw.

Regardless- one of these assholes is going to be the unelected prime minister of a country with no Constitution as it cuts off its xenophobic nose to spite its post-colonial face .

Intelligent Socialists wait in the wings to try to fix the Conservative clusterfuck.

Both of these assholes state that- if they can't get their parliament to vote for what they want then- they will shut parliament so that it can't vote at all !

So you agree with the anti-democratic ..er...principles ...of your leading Tory assholes , maggot. No surprise there.

Proroguing could become a Corbyn tool to rid Parliament of Tories entirely Haw, haw..........haw.

The post-war Labour government of Clement Atlee did exactly that back in 1948, not that I'd expect you to know that!!

An entirely different ball-game, maggot- but within your desperate Tory remit to mention it. Haw, haw..........haw.

Yet there are recent examples of prorogation outside the normal run of the parliamentary timetable. In 1948, prorogation was used by the Labour government to overcome the House of Lords’ obstruction to the Parliament Act 1949. This meant parliament was prorogued and summoned to create a short (third) session of about six weeks, which enabled that Act to be adopted without the consent of the House of Lords. Yet, this is not comparable to the present situation, because it was not contrary to the will of sitting MPs, a decided majority of whom favoured the legislation and prorogation to achieve its adoption.

Former MI6 head: UK in 'political nervous breakdown'

Sir John Sawers said the UK could have a prime minister who does "not have the standing that we have become used to in our top leadership" - a criticism of the two Tory leadership contenders.
