The XVI Amendment created the Parasite Class. Contemporary tax dollar parasites are worse than the cruelest human animals in Third World shit holes who prevent compassion from taking root, while XVI Amendment scum are determined to use their tax dollar incomes to destroy humanity itself.
Every tax dollar Democrat parasites get their hands on comes from the labors decent men and women need to take care of themselves and their loved ones.

In 1813 the Roman Catholic Church shot holes in the Constitution when priests were given the confessional-privilege. In plain English, priests got the opening they needed to legitimate coerced charity incrementally. (Doctors, lawyers, journalists, and psychiatrists followed priests with similar protections codified by politicians.)
Priests have been a pestilence infecting mankind from the day money was invented; so I would take the privilege away from priests first. If anyone is dumb enough to tell priests anything they do not deserve protection.
The Catholic Church's practice of Confession is a sacrament of the faith, with the priest hearing confessions held to an inviolable sacramental seal, under pain of excommunication for the priest if that seal is broken. Accordingly, the law in most Western countries protects the priest hearing confessions from being compelled to testify against the penitent who admits a crime.

South Australian priests hearing confessions about child abuse will have a mandatory obligation from October to report the matter to police.
SA will become the first state to adopt the recommendation of the abuse royal commission, meaning priests face the prospect of criminal charges for failing to report child abuse revealed in confession.
"For many years priests and ministers have been obliged to report outside of confessional and we changed the law last year to be effective first of October," Attorney-General Vickie Chapman told ABC radio on Thursday.
NOTE: The Seal of the Confessional is a racket in every country. When Dan Rather ruled the roost at CBS he reported that priests told Soviet Communists everything they heard in the confessional in order to stay in business. So much for the Seal of the Confessional never being broken. Once the Seal is broken by one priest no priest can ever be trusted again.
Protecting the myth of the Seal’s inviolability is the reason behind so many movies about priests who hang tough. QUESTION: Did you ever see a movie or TV show where the priest character spills his guts?
NOTE: The Fifth Amendment protects the Seal whether or not a priest is the defendant:

Let me be clear on this. The only way to enforce the First Amendment, and respect the doctrine of Separation of Church and State is to keep every religion out of the courts and out of the public purse.
I am still trying to figure out how the Fifth Amendment protects certified clerics of every stripe from revealing what a penitent said in confession.
Sensible people expect politicians to lie, while very few believe that priests also lie. Pedophile priests confessing to other priests boggles the mind.
Finally, every law herds private sector Americans towards coerced charity. That was true before the Income Tax Amendment. Ergo, the XVI Amendment is the only law that can truly be called “settled law.” Proof: The Parasite Class can live without every word in the Constitution except these 12 words:
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
