Default Good 4th of July beers

If you like beer, I recommend Alaskan Brewing Company.

Their Amber and Stout is amazing.

Marinating burgers in their Stout is incredible. I recommend a mild chedder cheese, like Tillamook medium chedder.

When I was in college, I visited their factory in Tillamook, Oregon. It was awesome to see how they made cheese and ice cream.

Apparently they have expanded and have this high rating :

    Tillamook Creamery

    4165 N Hwy 101, Tillamook, OR 97141

Portabellas a yes. Also thinking of a vege burger...

Of course I have to thoroughly clean the vege side of the grill...

We have an excellent summer beer here in Cbus by the Cbus brewing company called Summer Teeth. It’s a light yet refreshing Heifweizen.

My favorite brewery! Alaskan White is also bomb.

However, if we are going with summer ales, two of my favorites are Sam Adams SA and Blue Moon Honey Wheat. Alaskan's seasonal is a kölsch.
