Thanks. We do have a Lowes here, also Menards. Yikes, pretty pricey. He should probably get the tractor/bobcat first before trying to figure out what size shed. Our other issue with it is where to site it to protect it from the winds. We sometimes get gales off the Lake that can blow away anything not tied down firmly. The hoop house has taken a couple of rides on the wind. lol

Most prefab sheds come with screw in tie downs. That is what my shed has and it didn't move during the hurricane.

The cheap little ground anchors that come with some of the prefabricated sheds kind of suck. You better off getting some of these auger type ground anchors, they are much easier to get in the ground especially if you have rocky soil.

The anchors on my shed are the auger type about two feet long steel. The Amazon ones are very light duty mainly for temp recreational use.

The soil is the problem -- it is mostly sand. We would have to first pour a concrete pad and then anchor the outbuilding to that.
