    I think it is. Last time we were there we bought some sirloin steaks and they were very good. The ground beef is good also. I believe our Sam's Club get their meats from a local farm here.

    I would want to make prime rib myself,I think precooked might lose something.
    Plus I would want to do my own seasoning.

    Definitely do the seasoning yourself and don't get a pre-made! They are ridiculously easy to make, but they can sure do a # on your clean oven.

    Because you cook them at an initial high temp which causes the fat to splatter. They have a lot of fat which of course is what makes them so tender and delicious.
