"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

Hi Bill,
True story.
And another one along that line was Alfred Loomis. Got rich by predicting the crash of '29 and buying low afterwards. Then used his own money to develop advanced technological weapons ahead of WWII because he also predicted the outbreak of WWII, and American involvement. He created computer-guided AA guns which tracked their targets using RADAR, which he also had to develop. He had to create the computers and the RADAR to do it. And it wasn't for profit. He spent his own money doing it. Neither did he do it for fame. It was all kept hush hush top secret for obvious reasons, and remained so after the war for a very long time. He could enjoy no public recognition for what he did.
I always think of him when conservatives carry on about how nobody could possibly be motivated to work without the profit motive. As if there is simply no other reason and that is the one and only reason anybody works. Of course we know that is not true with all the government workers and military working every day for a fixed salary. Actually, most workers in general work for a fixed salary. The ONLY ones motivated by the profit motive are at the top; the company executives and owners (but not the investors unless they are actually employed at the same company.)

Trump Is Coming back to a White House Near you
Elizabeth has spent a lifetime working on personal finances and bankruptcy. She has written a dozen books and congress used her as an expert when they had congressional investigations. She had the interests of the people in mind before politics and still has it in the front line now.
Easy to sell that over a crook who has declared bankruptcy half a dozen times and cheated everyone he could get away with. Trump lies at a rate never been seen before in politics.
