i'm going to make this quick and simple. you're wrong. the entire point of the constitution, had you read it, creates the federal government and prescribes them limited and few powers. NOWHERE in that document does it state or give that new federal government the power to define or expand it's powers. anything you say to the contrary is just plain wrong.
