wrong. first, SCOTUS usurped the power to decide constitutionality, therefore it's null and void. WE THE PEOPLE wrote the constitution, not the courts.
secondly, i do get to claim something is unconstitutional because I still have firearms and the will to use them. now, you can demand that the government come and kill me, but that's YOU deciding whats constitutional, which you just said you don't have the power to do........
