I am glad Trump did not start a war. Trump has no head of the military and his last remaining top adviser is Bolton. Pompeo is kind of in the picture but he is a neocon. Trump, the draft dodger in chief, would have made the decisions. As he said before, he knows more than the generals. He has a vein of neocons running through his administration.
