IE: Maduro, Castro, Po Pot, Kim, Hitler, Ceausescu, Jim Jones, Evita Paron, Maria Antoinette ...

I have read forums where Atheists argue that one can be moral without believing in God or religion etc.

Yet what we have here is a failure to communicate:
