Okay, your article says the U.S. initially "invested" 750 million in the northern triangle, with them kicking in a commendable almost 55 BILLION. So what happens then? According to the article, things start to improve. So we take the training wheels off(by 19%, the article says we reduced foreign aid by almost 20%)to the tune of 142.5 million bucks(and I assume this is split among 3 countries), and you're trying to tell me that THIS is enough to spark a massive stampede of illegal immigration?
