I'm sure it was spent; but it doesn't appear that there's any kind of "oversight" that shows how it was spent and this looks to be exactly what I said, regarding this just being a cash cow for those in power.

Because I have time on my hands; if you want me to, you can give the country you would like to see how much we've given them and I'll look it up.

We have our own problems, that I think this money could be better spent on; waaaaaaaaaaaaay before we try to be the sugar daddy to some of these other countries.

In 2016, the US gave $152,015,404 in aide to Honduras; so please explain why people are fleeing, if it's so improved?

"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

Ultimately, the people’s of the respective countries taking their countries back from corrupt politicians and drug lords.

How can we possibly fix that? Why can’t we fix ‘us’ first before we go about fixing the world?
Coup has started. First of many steps. Impeachment will follow ultimately~WB attorney Mark Zaid, January 2017
