first off we have no proof of that. all we know is the Russian trolls from 2016 -does that give us a right to
put their infrastructure at risk? do you have any concept of proportionality? I guess not.

And I'm not even going to get into our election meddling -- far worse -we did for Yeltsin

Second that's an act of war. this goes beyond hacking to actual infrastructure attacks.
If they did that to us what would be your reaction?

third you are buying into and escalating the paranoia "well we better do it to them in case they do it to us"

that's how wars start. This is why we have such a BLOATED defense budget / more and more NATO expansion as well

I'm conflicted on this one. Is the Military 'going rogue', or does the Military just not trust Trump with secret information any more?

It is Trump's teenage maturity. He reveals secret information because he thinks blabbing about it shows he is an insider and knows something special. He thinks being prez makes him the cool kid on the block. What is the point of knowing secrets if you cannot tell anyone? He went straight to Putin with classified information that he should not have told. He pissed off Israel and other allies took note. Even our military has to factor Trump's loose lips into what they tell him.
We have spent a pile of money on Cyber for years. If Trump knew, so would Putin.

Think Commander in Chief. ( chain of command)
Think Trump is POTUS and the IC leadership is supposed to serve the president -
not make policy decision because they hate Russia without clearing it with POTUS thru the IC leadership

Trump can declassify at will -POTUS purview .

when he told Lavrov about the terrorist threat from laptops
he was doing it in the spirit of cooperation we used to have with Russia on terrorism

Yeah. That's the way it's suppose to be. People are suspicious that Trump may be beholden to the Russians for 'financing'.
    Obama produced a Birth Certificate.
When's Trump going to produce a Tax Return?

Mueller put that shit to rest. no collusion.
Trump deserves every bit of criticism for being a birther -but that does not include innuendo about
    "Russian money laundering"

Get Smart. I said from the beginning "Russian collusion" was a laughable construct
and I called the machinations of the Deep State Creeps as well

"Russian money laundering" is more meme -don't buy it

tax returns would not show any of that.. you would have to get financial disclosure statement s for loans
and you won't find any corruption listed there either

Cool. So, ... when will Trump be producing 10 years of Tax Returns so we can put all this nonsense behind us?

Looks like the NYT did that for him... with the blessings of our intel and defense communities. Toadstool's far too lazy to bother.

Trump loves you. Putin loves you even more. Useful idiots are adored by despots worldwide, if not universally.

We did nothing to affect Russia's grid/infrastructure... yet. They've done nothing to ours either.... yet. Child, think of this as stockpiling weapons just in case. You're a Reichtard -- isn't this something that you all desire more than anything? Isn't that why those of your persuasion stockpile personal weapons and ammo.... just in case?

We are simply letting this enemy of our country know that we are ready, if you decide to fuck with us.

Used to be that "conservatives" were patriots who stood up to defend our country against Russia and other enemies. Now you are weak-willed wimps who sound like 1930s British politicians who thought that they should make nice with the Nazis because they haven't done anything. Yet.

If you need an outlet for your war-mongering faux outrage, focus on what's going on with our current WH idiots and Iran.
