    Now if it was all the little guys fault why are over 400 industry people indicted?

    Yep let the industry regulate itself.
    I wonder how many suffered because of their fraud ?

    Just a shame that Phil Gramm got the law passed to aid all these criminals in their deception.

    I wonder what else he would do if given the power of an appointment and the presidents ear.
