The trick to good misinformation is to make it unverifiable; that way, it lingers and becomes a problem for the target since it can’t be proven or disproven. They can’t prove the piss incident? There was no "memo", dumbfuck. That quote came from the FBI's 302s of Ohr's contact with them. So it was NEVER a quote of Steele's. It was Ohr's interpretation of words that he was unable to remember.
