Vallejo's finest.
Police department background
Around the time of McCoy's shooting, Vallejo Police Department had about 100 officers and served approximately 122,000 people.[5] Under its Police Chief at the time of McCoy's shooting, Andrew Bidou, it had increased officer training programs and undertaken community outreach initiatives.[6] However, residents had expressed concerns about the department's use of force.[6]
In 2012, its officers committed fatal shootings at around 38 times the national rate, or 20 times the rate in nearby Oakland and San Francisco.[7] A third of the city's homicides were due to police.[7] Around that time, some Vallejo residents asked the U.S. Justice Department to investigate Vallejo officers' use of force as it had done in Albuquerque, New Mexico.[7]
From 2015-2017, the department spent more per officer in fines or settlements for civil rights abuse claims than any other large police force in the Bay Area.[8] (Settlements, which do not imply wrongdoing, can be easier and cheaper than court hearings.[6])
From 2016-2019, five of Vallejo's police officers shot multiple people.[9][5][10] At the time of McCoy's shooting, one of the officers who shot him was under a civil lawsuit for shooting a man dead in February 2018.[11][5]

Laugh at this, you miserable freak. His body was destroyed. Death by cop firing squad.
"Five days [after the shooting], the family was granted permission to see Willie’s body. William Harrison, Willie’s great uncle, unzipped the body bag. No one else could bring themselves to do it.
“Everything that hit him was a potential kill shot,” said William, 74, hours later as he gathered with other relatives. “There were so many holes in that boy … you can’t even count them all.”
Melissa Nold, the family’s attorney, tried. It appeared to her that there were roughly 25 wounds, including in his face, the center of his throat, his chest and arms, she said. One ear was blown halfway off.
Nold, a civil rights lawyer who has long represented families of police violence and who previously worked in a coroner’s office, said she had never in her entire career seen a more horrifying sight."

I guess you're trying to pretend that it wasn't so bad unless every single bullet hit him. His own great-uncle said there were so many holes you couldn't count them all. McCoy's body was destroyed by these cops and all you can do is make light of it and post emojis. You are a real sicko. Kill yourself.
